We are able to take all criminal legal aid cases. Anoushka has the following legal aid approvals:

  • PAL1-PAL4; this includes all cases including all sexual offences, murder,
manslaughter, rape.
  • Parole
  • PDLA

For legal aid cases you are able to choose us to represent you if the penalty is over 10 years imprisonment. If the penalty of the charge is less than 10 years, legal aid will consider this on a case by case basis.
