OPTION ONE – PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

You case instruct us privately which means we can get the process started straight away.

Our hourly rates range from $175-400 hours + GST.

Step 2: We will come back to you with a cost estimate

Step 3: We will email you an engagement letter for signing

Step 4: We operate a trust account. We will require a deposit into our trust account to start legal work. We will advise you of the amount but normally we would require a deposit of $1000. We are also negotiable to have a payment plan if that suits your circumstances better.

Step 5: On receipt of your deposit, we are ready to go.

Step 6: We will send a request to the NZ Police or other prosecuting agency to get all of the information relating to your case.
