Sabrita is a highly experienced criminal defence lawyer with over two decades of legal practice. Since her admission to the bar in 2003, she has built a strong reputation for providing robust and compassionate representation in a wide range of criminal matters.

She currently practises as a PAL 1, Level 3 lawyer and regularly appears in the District Court. Her areas of expertise include:

  • Land Transport Act offences – including drink driving, careless or dangerous driving, and limited licence applications
  • Driving disqualifications – including applications under section 94 (alternative sentencing)
  • Discharge without conviction – experienced in making successful applications under section 106
  • Drug offences – including charges involving Class A, B, and C substances
  • Theft and dishonesty charges
  • Family violence matters.
